NaNoJouMo Update

Since I started this challenge with myself to actually produce a page a day from the prompts I realise that it is very hard. Although I find myself eagerly awaiting the next prompt, I did try to log on at 8.30am one morning only to realise that due to the time difference the prompt would not be posted until lunchtime here.

I missed day 3 Hopes and Fears as I went to the ICHF at the NEC, so do have to catch up on that one. So here are my efforts.

 This is the canvas board that I took to my daughter's as a house-warming card.

 I made the frogging beaded hanger with a lucet, I used a bottle cap embellishment that I have made a batch of.

Wow wow wow

I first of all sewed the used wipes together on sewing machine. Then trimmed to A4 size and attached each end of them to a sheet of A4 paper. Placed in printer and this is the result!

Day 10 and misc faces

On this page I used collage, stamps, neocolour 2 crayons, acrylic paint , a tree mask and pens.

This next page was inspired by DEDE Inkwell on Ustream.

I need to practice and practice!

The next face was inspired by Comfortableshoestud on YouTube, Auto Drawing with an ink pen and filling in with watercolour crayons.

I am very lucky that i can spend time indulging my creative passion. Hope you enjoy this one as much as I enjoyed creating it.

First Post on new blog site

Just trying this out to see if I can use this blog site more easily than my old one! So far so good! Day 6 page for NaNoJouMo
Well uploading Day 7 not going so well.

Are here we have it! Very different colours for me, I just opened my Neocolors and closed my eyes and picked the colours and went with them. I had written the prompt on a piece of book paper so decided to just stick that in. I used Positive Affirmations as my theme.

Day 8, Randomly went through my collage stuff and my old lists, I am a great list maker!there is a quote included from Mahatma Gandhi that I thought appropriate " The future depends on what we do in the present".

I am really enjoying myself and seem to be getting other things done too!
